RWH1697 Actors will be present at the send off for the Monte Carlo Rally on Wednesday 18th January 2015. Events kick off from 4pm with the Capital FM Roadshow, along with a variety of entertainment and street performances. Cars will begin to leave Abbey Close at 6.45pm at 1 minute intervals until approximately 9pm.
